Tierärztin Dr. Kirsten Tönnies: „Wenn man sich überlegt, dass der Wal dort 3 Wochen herumlag, kann man sich wundern, dass der Gesundheitszustand noch so gut ist.“ Der Zustand seiner Haut habe sich gebessert. Klaus Kraft von der Tierrettung Mecklenburg-Vorpommern: „Im Moment ist der Wal tiefenentspannt. Er hat auch heute nochmal etwas zu essen angeboten bekommen und das Maul ein Stück aufgemacht. Er kann das Essen aufnehmen.“

Ab dem 1. Mai soll die Energiesteuer auf Kraftstoffe für zwei Monate um 17 Cent pro Liter gesenkt werden. Damit das so schnell umgesetzt werden kann, befasst sich am Freitagnachmittag auch der Bundesrat in einer Sondersitzung mit dem Thema.

Außerdem können sich Angestellte freuen: Sie können 1000 Euro steuer- und abgabefrei von ihrem Arbeitgeber bekommen – wie schon während der Corona-Pandemie. Die Zahlung soll bis zum 30. Juni 2027 möglich sein. Der hierfür nötige Bundesratsbeschluss soll bei der nächsten regulären Sitzung der Länderkammer am 8. Mai folgen.

Dazu geht die heiße Debatte um die XL-Steuerreform der Union weiter, die Deutschland endlich wieder nach vorne bringen soll!

President Donald Trump has unveiled a sweeping $1.5 trillion defense budget proposal, marking the largest surge in U.S. military spending since World War II. The plan aims to transform how America prepares for future warfare, with a strong focus on advanced technology and strategic dominance.

At its core is a new category labeled “presidential priorities,” covering missile defense, artificial intelligence, drone warfare, and expansion of the defense industrial base. A flagship initiative, the “Golden Dome,” seeks to build a next-generation missile shield against evolving threats.
