This adventure takes me deep inside one of the most dangerous active mines on Earth, crawling through pitch-black tunnels where generations of miners have clawed tin and zinc from the rock under brutal conditions. Along the way, I uncover the haunting legacy of the silver that built Europe, the staggering human cost behind it, and the eerie devotion to El Tío, the horned devil said to rule the underworld below.
