Dr Astrid Stuckelberger (MSc PhD PD) is an international health scientist conducting and directing researches from clinical to epidemiological studies on to science for policy-makers since 30 years.

Early on, after a BSc in biology then psychology, she got involved with the World Health Organisation (WHO) Mental Health Division where she conducted a secondary analysis of an international collaborative study on cross-cultural diagnosis with which she obtained a Master of Science at the University of Geneva. She continued her collaboration with WHO and the University Hospital of Geneva. During the 90s, she was deputy-director of both the Swiss Research Programme on Ageing to guide Switzerland policy-makers (for the Swiss National Science Foundation) and deputy-director of the first Interdisciplinary Research Center on Gerontology in Switzerland.

Alexandra Aude Henrion-Caude is a British, French biomedical researcher. Her education includes a Doctor of Philosophy, University Paris. Postdoctoral, Harvard Medical School, Boston, 1998. Postdoctoral, Salk Institute, San Diego, 1998.
Achievements include patents for bioinformatic tool in microRNA field: MIRIFIX. Grantee, European, Inserm, French and Canada Association, 2001-2010.

Richard Andreas Werner (born 5 January 1967) is a German banking and development economist who is a university professor at De Montfort University. This interview was conducted on the 15th of May 2022 by Christoph Rosenträger.

He has proposed the "Quantity Theory of Credit", or "Quantity Theory of Disaggregated Credit", which disaggregates credit creation used for the real economy (GDP transactions) on the one hand, and financial transactions on the other hand. In 1995, he proposed a new monetary policy to swiftly deal with banking crises, which he called 'Quantitative Easing', published in the Nikkei. He also first used the expression "QE2" in public, referring to the need to implement 'true quantitative easing' as an expansion in credit creation. His 2001 book 'Princes of the Yen' was a number one general bestseller in Japan. In 2014 he published the first empirical evidence that each bank creates credit when it issues a new loan.

Immanuel Kant brachte seine Gedanken zum "Geist der Freiheit" zwar vor mehr als 200 Jahren zu Papier, aber doch scheint es so, als hätte das Zeitalter der Aufklärung niemals stattgefunden. Die Massen werden täglich mit Fakten konfrontiert, welche alle offiziellen Narrative in Frage stellen, jedoch weigern diese sich, sie als solche zu akzeptieren.

"Es ist so bequem, unmündig zu sein.
Habe ich ein Buch, das für mich Verstand hat, einen Seelsorger, der
für mich Gewissen hat, einen Arzt, der für mich die Diät beurteilt
usw., so brauche ich mich ja nicht selbst zu bemühen. Ich habe nicht
nötig zu denken, wenn ich nur bezahlen kann"

Nach über einem Jahrhundert der Formulierung dieser Zeile durch Kurt Tucholsky bleibt die Tatsache aktueller denn je, dass wir nicht nur Glaubwürdigkeit, Ausgewogenheit und generelle Realitätsdarstellung, sondern viel mehr die Integrität der gesamten Medienlandschaft hinterfragen müssen.
